For an optimal working system the manufacturer recommends to have the ducts inspected every 4 years. From my experience the airduct cleaning is most usefull half way the lifetime of the system and when installing a new system. So on average once every 8 year

The difference is the distance that can be cleaned. Mechanicaly the first 5 meter of the duct is cleaned. Manually it can be done up to 15 meter.

There are very multiple answers on that question. First one is how good is the measurement tool? Second one is the period of the year you have the observation. If it is in a cold period exces humidity condensates on cold surfaces. Due to this condenstion the measurement tool wil not display an exces humidity.

When installing new ventilation units, the full amount must be paid before work commences. For new customers, the invoice must be paid upon completion of the work. Unforeseen work will be carried out after approval and a separate invoice will be sent. Payment is due no later than 7 days after receipt.
